I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room at Four Seasons Hotel. The Arabic restaurant next door was a convenient and delicious dining option. The staff, especially Mr. Hany, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and excellent service.

this hotel was easy base for exploring jubail, truly enjoyed it and venue’s helpful staff specially receptionist. magnificent location at a very nice area & nearby shopping stores, and the rooms were excellent and exceptionally good. an electric kettle, a fridge and a stovetop were provided if needed. location: the hotel was next to indian restaurants, near to jubail mall, and highway.

I absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect - there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby, which made it so convenient. Had an enjoyable Easter break. The hotel offered a decent breakfast spread. Parking was sufficient and nearby attractions were easily accessible. The hotel staff was extremely polite. The kitchen was big and well equipped, ideal for preparing meals. Finally, it was great to have access to free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

I didn't like the small and cramped bathroom. Elevator service was poor, and the wait time was too long.
